Guidelines to help make your roll off dumpster rental a simple and easy process
-
Up to 7 days included: If you need to keep the dumpster for more than 7 days, that's no problem. There is an additional charge of $8 per day, billed monthly. Please call when you are ready to have the dumpster picked up. Note: The dumpster will not automatically be picked up on day 7 of your rental.

-
Up to 4,000 pounds of debris included: Additional weight to be billed at $60 per 1,000 pounds pro-rata. Total weight of the dumpster cannot exceed 10,000 pounds. If the load is comprised of heavy/solid/highly compactible materials such as construction material, concrete, or dirt, please contact our office for guidelines on estimating the weight of the material.
-
Prohibited Materials & Items: The following materials are not allowed in our dumpsters: liquids of any kind, Freon, batteries, hazardous waste, tires, asbestos, paint, herbicides, pesticides, oil, fuel, refrigerators, freezers, intact television screens or any other hazardous materials.

-
Do not move dumpster: In order to prevent injuries and damage to the dumpster, only employees of Parker Waste Services may move the dumpster. Any damages other than normal wear & tear will be billed to the customer.
-
Do not overfill dumpster. Please help us out with this. By law, a tarp must be placed over the dumpster for transport. In order for the tarp to fit properly over the dumpster, the dumpster must not be filled above the top. Parker Waste Services is not responsible for "packing down" the material in the dumpster or pulling anything out. We will not pick up the dumpster if materials are over the top and a return trip fee will apply

-
Accessibility: Make sure the dumpster is unobstructed when you schedule for pick up. If we are not able to access the dumpster, a return trip fee will apply.
